Return policy

we will be happy, upon presentation of the original recept, to exchange or refund any new, unused 
merchandise in its original packaging, within 7 days of purchase, Any regund will be made in the
same form as the original payment. At the discretion of the store, shipping costs may be charged
to the customer when refunding the merchandise. 

Delivery times

Delivery times are approximately 2-5 days depending on the destination and the type of package 
shipped. The carrier used is the one that is most optimal depending on the destination and the 
type of package shipped (Purolator, UPS, FEDEX, Canada Post, etc.)

Restrictions:
For hygiene reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges for underwear, stockings and shorts.
Any purchase of a personalized order or product will be considered final sale and cannot be 
returned or exchanged.

Furthermore, we will be happy, upon presentation of the original receipt, to repair or exchange
 any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
